2nd Sunday (9/14):  ANDREW J. POPPLETON: FIGHTER FOR OMAHA CITY, THE UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD, AND CHIEF STANDING BEAR.  By Larry Dwyer.  2 p.m., Sept 14th at Metro Community College, Ft. Omaha, Building 10.  Followed by Reception in the Crook House Museum Gardens for Our New Exec Director Tom Neal. Refreshments Sponsored by the Crook House Museum Guild and DCHS Come and bring a friend! Reservations appreciated at Admin@DouglasCoHisotry.org. Seating is limited.

 

Holiday Elves needed to decorate at the Crook House!  Head Elf Fran Vavra is asking for volunteers to move in the trees and decorations on Saturday, November 1. Volunteers are also needed for the decorating tasks starting Monday, November 3 through Friday, November 7. Please contact the Crook House for Fran’s contact info.
