HOLIDAYS AT THE CROOK HOUSE!
The General Crook House Museum has been transformed into holiday splendor with seasonal decorations on display through Sunday, January 12.
Members of the General Crook House Guild adorned each room with Christmas trees and decor. The 1879 Victorian home’s interior decorations uniquely match the various designs and colors of each room’s magnificent vintage wallpapers.
Celebrate the holiday season and the 170th anniversary of Douglas County with complementary apple cider and cookies when you visit during the holiday season. Please confirm our holiday hours on the DCHS calendar. Admission during the holiday season is free for members and the non-member rates are $10/adult and $4/child under 18. Your ticket includes entry to our rotating exhibition, You Ought to be in Pictures, highlighting Omaha’s ties to Hollywood cinema as well as the history of local movie theaters.
